+Attorney Lea Bickerton had my case for over a year. She put in paperwork with the Commonwealth for the Discovery to which she told me couldn't be expedited. I waited over ten months decided to call the Commonwealth court myself and they first thing the clerk asks me was "Why didn't your attorney expedite this". They ended up ruling the same day. After having my case for over a year she hadn't done any work on it. We finally go to court she doesn't have a defense and let the witnesses testimony go uncontradicted. The first witness was an armed robber, the second one was a pedophile, the third one was a heroin addict, and the investigator had no medical evidence, no photos, or anything. All four of these people were deemed credible in court. Attorney Bickerton never gave me a single receipt for the payments I made. She let all the witnesses testify by telephone even though I refused. Let the court violate all of my rights pertaining to procedural due process. She even waivered my 45 day adjudication without my permission and told me she filed a motion that she didn't because of it. She even gave me the motion she claimed that she filed.
-Hiring is a complete disaster she won't do anything at all to properly represent you. She told me nothing but fairies the whole time she represented me and did no work on my case at all. That's why the judges ruling was no defense and all of the witnesses testimony went uncontradicted. After all that I went through she tried to get more money on appeal and requested $2250 after I paid her $3000 for nothing. Be smart and don't bother with this attorney if you value your innocence.
