It is not a complete list of free legal help: state-funded programmes, bar association projects, law school clinics and volunteer lawyer programmes exist that LSC does not fund, and none of those appear here. LSC-funded programmes handle civil matters only - not criminal defence - and each sets its own income limits and case types.
